Emergency Assistance

The aim of the Emergency Assistance program is to increase community residents’ access to much needed resources. Our goal is to make emergency rent and utility.

assistance available to eligible residents, with a focus on the surrounding underserved, high poverty zip codes of 19131, 19139, 19143, and 19151. Through these two programs, we will be able to provide the supports needed to achieve and maintain housing stability, a basic need that is foundational to the pursuit of community and economic development.

This program will help community residents with making rent payments and/or security deposits in order to help them either move to permanent housing or prevent their imminent eviction from permanent housing.
